Manhattan Print // Loose Petals

This week, I received a kind gift from Loose Petals, a handmade print featuring the Manhattan skyline. Originally started by designer Karen Young, Loose Petals uses recycled paper, Giclee Prints and gallery wrapped canvases to showcase over 200 images of locations all around the world. "Nostalgic in feel, yet modern in aesthetic for today's interiors, Loose Petals graphic destination prints offers a creative way to liven living spaces."

My Manhattan print came in plastic wrapping along with an informative bio of Loose Petals posters, prints and cards. I was especially happy to see that 2% of purchases from Loose Petals are to be donated to independent non-profits that help women, animals and children in need.

Since I'm always looking for more posters and pictures to decorate my dorm room with, I decided to place my Manhattan print on my dorm room wall, which added a cheerful burst of color to the off-white background. Prints come in sizes ranging from 8 x 10 to 36 x 45. Mine is an 8 x 10 print. I absolutely love it!

You can shop online, or check out the Loose Petals Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram to see more examples of Karen's work. Her collection of worldly prints are unique, colorful and fine memorabilia pieces to decorate and stylize your home with.
